“1. Pentru camera dubla nu exista decat un halat de baie. 2. Chiar daca numarul de cazari depaseste 5 date diferite in decursul a 2 ani, inca se mai percepe plata inainte de cazare si chiar o garantie suplimentara. Deranjant mai ales in momentul in care rezervarea coincide cu ziua de nastere din buletin. Pe scurt: Hotel elegant, abordare la receptie lipsita de educatie in turism.”
