“La ultima cazare o dubla si o single , din 24 martie 2011 , la receptie mi s-a solicitat cite 200 lei pe camera cash drept garantie pentru minibar cu toate ca am garantat cu cardul pentru camere si restul ! Am refuzat si am avut surpriza sa gasesc minibarul inchis ! Asa ceva este INADMISIBIL si nemaintilnit de mine nicaieri in lume ! Este jignitor si insultator si ma gindesc serios sa renunt la serviciile acestui hotel.
Mentionez ca sunt client vechi al acestui hotel si nimic nu motiveaza un astfel de tratament profund JIGNITOR din partea hotelului !!”

“Indecis la curatenie intrucat de un timp se simte un miros pregnant de detartrant de fiecare data cand intri in camera (sunt nevoit sa deschid geamul de fiecare data)
Indecis la servicii oferite de receptie intrucat am asteptat 15 minute sa vina un taxi de la compania cu care hotelul are incheiat contract (aveam nevoie de masina cu POS); eventual sa mai colaboreze si cu alta companie daca una nu are suficiente autovehicule
