“The amount of smoke from smokers in the lobby area can be bothersome. Its also not pleasant in the restaurant area. I of course understand that this is not a big issue in Romania yet for foreigners visiting Cluj, it could be seen as a negative part of the hotel experience. It did not bother me too much though but I think important to mention.”
