“Privite in ansamblul lor serviciile oferite de hotel sunt foarte bune.Totusi avand in vedere ca este un hotel de 4 stele si in speranta ca aceste chestionare nu sunt in zadar si vor fi folosite pentru imbunatatirea serviciilor hotelului,as avea urmatoarele remarci:
1)Micul dejun nu este de 4 stele,se situeaza unde intre 2 si 3 stele si ar putea fi imbunatatit.
2)In ceea ce priveste toaleta,in toate camerele unde am locuit a fost excelenta insa am o remarca,cabina de dus este neetansa,ar trebui facut ceva in sensul acesta.”

“La restaurant nu este nici afisat ca este interzis fumatul fiind spatiu public, nici zona de fumatori/nefumatori nu are(sau ospatarii nu se asigura ca sunt folosite ca atare). Practic se fuma in restaurant in trei locuri diferite, fara nici o sansa pt nefumatori.
Daca l-as compara cu alte hoteluri din tara, la banii astia as alege categoric alt hotel.
Daca il compar cu alte 3-4 hoteluri din Craiova unde am fost, e OK.
