“Curatenia din camera a fost satisfacatoare, insa la demisol, in zona de tranzit spre parcare persista un miros foarte ciudat. Zona din spate a hotelului (camera 217 are vedere in spatele hotelului) este dezolanta deoarece hotelul este in constructie inca si exista o aripa neterminata. Parcarea din fata era arhiplina, masini parcate fara nici o regula, iar pentru accesul in parcarea din spate a trebuit sa ocolesc 3 strazi si sa intorc pe linie continua. Dimineata micul dejun nu a fost servit in incinta hotelului (desi hotelul dispunea de o sala speciala pentru mic dejun), ci la restaurantul "Rustic", restaurant de 3 stele. Micul dejun nu a fost sub forma de bufet suedez, ci a fost optional dintr-un meniu. Meniul ales ("Mic dejun consistent") a constat dintr-un ou fiert rece (era scos din frigider, ceea ce inseamna ca a fost pregatit cu mult timp inaine), cateva felii de rosii la care se putea observa cu usurinta faptul ca fusesera taiate cu mult timp inainte si refrigerate, o felie de salam, o felie de sunca (ambele mezeluri de proasta calitate), o ceasca mica de cafea, o sticla de 250 ml de apa plata si un croisant de ciocolata comun. Drept urmare, am servit doar cafeaua si am luat micul dejun la o statie OMV din apropiere. Consider ca acest hotel nu se ridica nici macar la nivel de pensiune agroturistica, iar pretul platit nu justifica serviciile oferite de acest hotel. Cu siguranta cele 4 stele nu au fost acordate sau verificate corespunzator de catre autoritati. Pentru a nu pierde clienti, recomand sa nu mai folositi seriviciile acestuia. Multumesc. ”
