“Am facut o rezervare prin tourneo, unde am precizat 3 puncte : -etaj superior - panorama -pat matrimonial. Am sunat de n ori, la tourneo si Moldova, unde mi s-a spus ca au gasit o camera pt. mine ce indeplineste acele conditii. Am platit, am trimis dovada de plata, si la agentie si la hotel, iar cand am ajuns la Moldova mi s-a spus ca nu au o camera la etaj superior cu pat matrimonial si panorama, ca au venit foarte multi turisti, ca s-au ocupat toate, ca abia in acea zi le-a ajuns facturile, desi eu le trimisesem dovada cu o saptamana in urma. Mi-au sugerat etajul 2 (singura solutie), unde peretii erau cursi, robinetele de la baie ruginite, clima facea zgomot de nu puteai sa dormi, frigiderul bârâia... In camera recomandata nu sunt conditii de 3 stele ci de 1. Intr-un final s-a rezolvat, dar a trebuit sa negociez o ora cu ei, sa imi arate alte si alte camere, la un moment dat chiar sa ne certam, milogindu-ma sa imi dea o camera decenta. Intrebarea mea e: cum de s-a gasit camera pe care mi-o doream si pentru care platisem, dupa o ora de dialoguri civilizate sau mai putin civilizate?! Asta presupune ca, clientii sunt tratati diferit in functie de cat de tare in gura e fiecare sau cat de gagauta e altul? Clientii nu sunt la fel, din moment ce pretul e acelasi pentru toata lumea? Minusuri multe pentru hotel: calitatea serviciilor, tratamente preferentiale, mari neplaceri cu micul dejun, personalul de la receptie artagos si te trateaza cu superioritate, dotarile de Evul Mediu de la etajele inferioare, scurgerile de la baie infundate (apa permanent in baie; atentie ce papuci de camera va luati), trebuie sa te rogi la receptie ca sa dea drumul la caldura si inca multe altele. Singurul plus: locul unde este amplasat. ”
