“Timpul de reactie al chelnerilor atat de la restaurantul California cat si de la Delta a fost fff mare. Se miscau in reluare, adica asteptam cel putin 20 min pana veneau cu meniul si aprox. o ora pana serveau ceeace comandasem, asta in conditiile in care restaurantele aveau max 10-12 mese ocupate. Este al doilea an consecutiv in care merg la aceste hoteluri iar calitatea acestui serviciu nu s-a imbunatatit. Pacat de celelalte servicii care sunt oricum superioare celor din restaurante.”
