“ Sugerez un pic de atentie vis a vis de curatenie (cosul din baie nu era golit, erau resturi de la precedentul client), lipsa rola hartie igienica de rezerva (rola din suport era aproape terminata), cearsaful de pe pat era rupt. Era binevenita si o veioza in camera, iar la baie caldura a lasat de dorit, fiind chiar frig peste noapte. ”
