“Singurul minus la Hotel Alpin, este lipsa de lift la camerele de tratament si la restaurantul situat in gradina. Adevarul este ca am avut intentia sa primesc tratamente in cursul a mai mult de o saptamana, da am renuntat deoarece a cobori aproximativ trei etaje fara lift, ne-a fost imposibil.”

“curatenia baii a lasat de dorit, usa la baie era rupta intr-o parte, rama de lemn a oglinzii scorojita, usa de la balcon se inchidea/deschidea foarte greu - amanunte de neacceptat la un hotel de 4 stele mancarea la restaurant a fost in schimb foarte buna.”
