“Nu am primit camere cu paturi matrimoniale conform rezervarii (nu exista in hotel asemenea camere)Deasemenea nu am primit nici macar paturi pliante si nici saltele sau paturi ca sa putem culca copii pe jos. Lipsa de lift ne-a obosit urcind cu copii in brate si cu o parte din bagaje.Nu stim ce ne-am fi facut fara ajutorul lui Adi care a muncit greu sa care valizele grele de la 3 familii.La micul dejun a lipsit lapte.Locatia hotelului e superba ceace a salvat mult si nu ne-am pierdut buna dispozitie.
