“Ceck out-ul s-a facut la orele 11:00 si nula 12:00 cum se procedeaza de regula, in conditiile in care aveam o intanire la orele 13:00. A trebuit sa mai stau vreo ora si jumatate prin oras. Micul dejun a fost servit in camera pentru ca nu veau bucatarie , iar seara trebuia sa bifez 4 produse din totalul de vreo 10 ( cafea, suc, apa sandwich, oue fiert etc) Dimineata mi-au spus ca e stricat aparatul pt cafea si au spus sa aleg un alt produs (sus) in loc de cafea). Cei de la receptie nu s-au sinchisit sa faca rost de cafea din alta parte ( desi magazinul Penny era vis a vis si m-am dus eu acolo). Sunt nemultumit de reprezenantii TURNEO deoarece nu mi-au spus la ce ora se face decazarea si ca micul dejun se serveste in camera cu alegea de cu seara a produselor.”
