“nu functiona in camera nici un bec (lampadar veioze pat si veioza birou, 4 elemente de iluminat!!!). Este clar ca nu erau verificate de ceva vreme. Receptionerul l-a schimbat pe toate si a inlocuit lampadarul. In rest OK. Va multumesc pentru intelegere.”

“Totul a fost in regula mai puțin micul dejun, pe care l-am reclamat si la Receptia hotelului. Este vorba de preparatele gen omleta, carnati prajiti, etc. care deși sunt in dispozitive care le poate mentine calde, acestea nu sunt pornite.”
