“- hotel de 4 stele cu carduri de acces la camera demagnetizabile (lucru pe care nu l-am mai intalnit pana acum nici in hoteluri cu un rang afisat, mai scazut)
- sistemul de ventilare introduce in camera mirosul din canalizare in loc sa fie invers,
- sistemul de servire in restaurant lasa foarte mult de dorit: chelner care te ridica te la masa sa te asezi in alta parte desi restaurantul este gol si nu sunt sanse sa fie aglomeratie (ora 22,30)
- anuntul meniului posibil din fuga, fara interes pentru nevoile clientului,
- servire slaba si inadecvata, fara carte de meniu etc”
